The 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") of Beyond Meat, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), was held on May 24, 2022. A summary of the proposals voted on at the Annual Meeting by the Company’s stockholders and the final voting results for each proposal are set forth below.
The Company’s stockholders elected each of the following directors as Class III directors to serve until the Company’s 2025 annual meeting of stockholders and until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified by the following votes:
