The 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") of Beyond Meat, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), was held on May 24, 2023. A summary of the proposals voted on at the Annual Meeting by the Company’s stockholders and the final voting results for each proposal are set forth below.
