(NASDAQ: BYND) (“Beyond Meat”), a leader in plant-based meat, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,625,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $25.00 per share. In addition, Beyond Meat has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,443,750 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any, at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on May 2, 2019, under the ticker symbol “BYND.” The offering is expected to close on May 6, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse are serving as lead book-running managers for the offering. BofA Merrill Lynch and Jefferies are also acting as book-running managers, and William Blair is acting as co-manager for the offering.
